Austin Capital Partners was founded by Jonathan Coon, Jason Subotky, and Eduardo Margain. Jonathan is a founder of 1-800 Contacts (sold for $900 million in 2012 and acquired by KKR in 2020 for $3.1 billion) and a producer of the film Napoleon Dynamite. Under Jonathan’s 22-year leadership at 1-800 Contacts, the brand achieved a record Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80. Jonathan describes the common thread in these ventures as “working with great teams to solve hard problems and create delightful customer experiences.” Jason, formerly a VP at Goldman Sachs, is a partner at Yacktman Asset Management—a $20 billion fund. Eddie is a tech entrepreneur and real estate investor who has been closely involved in the design and construction of the new Austin FC stadium. Jon Meir is Head of Development for Austin Capital Partners and leads the development and construction of Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin. Before joining Austin Capital Partners, Jon oversaw the development of the $2.2 billion Century Plaza project in Los Angeles. Jon is a Civil Engineer with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.

Founded in Dallas in 1965, Lincoln is the largest developer in Austin. With $20 billion in assets under management and another $19.5 billion under construction or in development, Lincoln consistently ranks among the top developers of mixed-use properties worldwide. Lincoln has transformed the Austin skyline with the two largest towers in the city, the 868-foot high, 6G, and the 1,022-foot high Waterline. Lincoln is a Texas-based company with a deep commitment to Austin and experience building large and complex projects.

Matthew serves as Creative Director for the project, ensuring that its architecture, interior design, functionality, and programming are thoughtfully aligned with the expectations of the world’s most discerning ultra-luxury buyers. Over the past three decades, he has played a pivotal role in bringing some of the world’s most exceptional and record-setting properties to market. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master of Architecture from Princeton University. He is a regular juror for the Architizer Awards and, in 2024, served as a juror for the Architecture Hunter Awards.

Pharis Design is the landscape architect and master planner for the project. Stefan Pharis plays a diverse and critical role in the design process, working from the macro scale of landscape and site planning to the more human scale of designing intimate resort experiences.

Lissoni & Partners has a thirty-year history of developing international architecture, landscape, interior, product, and graphic design projects. It has also acted as art director for a range of prestigious companies. Led by Piero Lissoni, the practice combines a range of expertise with a tailored approach that sets it apart, establishing a stylistic code and a visual identity that are clearly and instantly recognizable.

Stantec is the architect of record for the project. Founded in 1954, Stantec has grown into one of the world's leading design and consulting firms, providing architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning services across six continents. With over 32,000 employees operating out of more than 450 locations globally, Stantec is now the second largest architecture firm in the US, bringing deep expertise in residential, mixed-use, healthcare, civic, and commercial design to communities worldwide.

CKC Structural Engineers is an an award-winning structural engineering firmwith a focus on major urban projects – multifamily residential buildings, office buildings, hotels, retail facilities, parking structures, and more. Their passion for innovation and new technology, combined with extensive experience, consistently inspires cutting edge structural designs that lead the industry.

Blum Engineering is a consulting firm dedicated to quality engineering with design experience that spans decades across a variety of projects, including corporate facilities, resorts and hotels, mixed-use developments, high-rises, commercial spaces, religious institutions, government buildings, public facilities, and healthcare. In line with its commitment to sustainable design, BCE has been involved in many projects pursuing LEED certification.

Adelaide Real Estate provides advisory and residential development services. The team has experience with all phases of residential and hospitality development, from analytics to development and construction. Adelaide has worked on projects totaling $2.1 billion.
